How to repair corona treater roller silicone sleeve breakdown

First, the corona roller needs to be inspected to determine the location and degree of breakdown of the silicone sleeve to determine the difficulty and method of repair.
1. For small breakdowns – you can use silicone glue or adhesive to repair them. First clean the silicone sleeve, then apply a layer of adhesive or silicone glue, stick it to the punctured location of the silicone sleeve, squeeze and wait for drying.
2. For large breakdowns – silicone sheets can be used for repair. First clean the silicone sleeve, and then cut a part on the silicone sheet equal to the size of the silicone sleeve. Paste the silicone sheet on the punctured location of the silicone sleeve, press gently and wait for drying.
Precautions

2. After repairing, cover the repaired area with a layer of insulating tape or insulating paint to enhance the insulation performance of the repaired area.
3. If the degree of breakdown is too large and the repair effect is not good, the silicone sleeve should be replaced.
